HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!
Why is it so difficult to get help from the call center? I arranged a collection with you yesterday, the driver should have collected in the morning, every time i call nobody talks!and they hang up after that. I am calling again now as i am typing this review and i have been put on hold for more than 5 minutes. This is my 5th time calling today.
