HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH TNT

Nightmare!!!!!! My parcel is stuck with them for a month!!! Customs have been paid as well as everything requested. But there is no release and no explanation whatsoever as to why they not release. Worst nightmare company ever. Do not work with them ever!
