Hi<br> I have called 4 times to TNT in Johannesburg. twice they cut the call just as they were putting me to other guy.<br> third time after they transfer the call for 6 times, they told me the guy is not in the office. next day I called again and again same process 6 times they transfer the call to get the guy and now he said he cant help me and I must send him email. this is email address : [Email Removed] twice on 16 and 17 Feb 2016 and no answer yet. I was expecting higher external value chain from this company. now I scared to send the box with them and then I wont be able to get hold of them to find my box.
