Hopeless Fedex

Absolutely bad service. We spent close to 200k on 2 orders for shipping only . We took the Priority Service and got our goods after 2 weeks both times, which is not a Priority Service. We require an International shipping service on an ongoing basis and yet Fedex does not value their clients. They refuse to charge us for a normal service after *****ing up 2 of our orders. Total lack of Customer Service. I would not recommend them , especially for their high charges and bad service. It's easy to blame everyone else down the food chain.
