Honestly the WORST experience ever had!
Honestly the WORST experience ever had! it is impossible to call you, impossible to get a response over mail. You are sitting with a parcel of mine that was shipped urgently from the US and I cannot get any answers from you around when to expect it. In the meantime 3 of my other parcels with your competitors have arrived, cleared and safe. I need to know when you will be delivering my parcel, this is hands down the worst experience with a courier ever.

I honestly do not understand why this is still outstanding.Since I logged this complaint on here I had ordered another item and shipped via DHL. That item is already with me! Customs cleared and everything! Why is this parcel still outstanding? Whydo I have to beg your company for ANY kind of feedback?
