Highly unprofessional!!

I ordered a product over a week ago and was told that FedEx was the chosen courier service. I received my tracking number the next day and was under the impression that it would be smooth sailing. I have YET to receive my product and when I phone, they have excuse after excuse as to why I have not received it. I have phoned numerous times to ensure the driver contacts me before delivery but have not received ONE call!!! Then I get told there was no one at home when the driver came to deliver AFTER I have told FedEx on many occasions to contact me FIRST!!! I have sent many emails following my phone calls but no one can tell me where my parcel is! I find this level of service very unprofessional and following my current experience; would not recommend them to anyone.
