Highly disappointed in fedex

Iv been having the worst experience with fedex SA.. I have been expecting a package that was suppose to be delivered by thursday already.. but still no package! I have been calling in to customer service and i have never been so disappointed in a world wide service.. i work in customer service and would never allow my agents to speak to a customer like the customer is irritating them by asking questions.. i wasnt angry nothing.. they keep telling me that they need a contact number for me and i have been giving them my number on numerous occasions.. they would call to confirm but when i call again its the same thing.they email me for payment but cant email me to let me know they trying to get hold of me. This gift was for an important event and FEDEX ruined it...im never using this service again.!
