High theft at the company

These people lose my parcel, gave it to a total stranger (the parcel is worth R10 500, including delivery). They give me the runaround for a month and a couple of weeks. Nonstop phone calls , emails the world (mind you the parcel was given to someone else who claimed I told him to fetch it for me, no call to confirm with me . They just gave it to him) I get an email today that they are giving me in claim fees R1 800 . That isn't q quarter of the intial amount. If that's not the greatest story of an inside job please tell me what is ?
