Hidden charges do apply

Well in November 2014 late in the month, i opened an account with them. <br> Then i only did an EXPORT for the first time using them ( no imports ).<br> <br> Was quoted R2500.00 for the export. Great stuff and invoice came, then it got interesting account went from R2500 to R3700. bit of a jump.<br> <br> Then in October an import came to me but i paid TNT express with a COD account. ( in this time my bank account was hacked & PC crashed) so that was a **** month for me. <br> <br> Duties was paid in COD as well R1108.28 then went up to R1180.10, how is this possible..... no idea<br> <br> Are they willing to solve problem?? no they want the money, where is customer service??<br> <br> So as i said before to them sort it out or i will pay what was quoted and duties that was raised, that's it.<br> <br> End of Feb 2015 it will be paid and account will be closed<br> <br> I would rather pay ridiculous amounts than have hidden charges
