hello...still waiting

22 december i got a sms to say my order will be delivered that day from kalahari..so i stayed at home and no one came to bring my stuff..the 23 dec i went to jhb without my gifts..the package was subsequently left with a neighbor.<br> is this normal? just leaving a parcel with anyone thats around<br> <br> Tuesday i got a sms to say my order will be delivered..again i stayed at home waiting and no delivery came, after contacting kalahari i found out the driver decided i wasn't at home (his own initiative) and never came to me.<br> If i know that there is a delivery i make a effort to be at home...can the driver decide who he wants to go to and who to skip ...how professional is that ??<br> i stil don't have my order despite being told it would be delivered yesterday at 3.30 (again i took off from work and waited) <br> its now 2 days later, and still no order or reply???<br> CL***5 no delivery<br>
