Held up delivery for no reason! Call center contact number does not work.
I was expecting the delivery of my aliexpress order today. However, I have noted the status of my order is held up - unable to collect payment and scheduled delivery is now pending. I paid the fedex customs and taxes invoice on the 12th of April after I was contacted to confirm my email address and sent the invoice. I used the OZOW link that was sent by Maria Moloi and sent the screenshot of the payment to her and ***.
I have been trying to contact fedex all morning to no avail.
