Has Fedex South Africa gone bankrupt?

I have an international parcel that has been with Fedex for more than a month and which has yet to be delivered. Phoning them does not help because they don't answer the phones and emails don't get responded to I cannot find evidence of them going bankrupt but their lack of service would clearly suggest that this is the case.
