Hands down, worst service in years

I especially stayed in my home office today to receive a package from Fedex. Come 14:30, I was surprised it hadn't arrived, so jumped onto loots site to check. They said Fedex had been and nobody was in/business closed. I was here. Along with 5 other people. Perhaps it'd be good practice to teach your employees what intercoms look like and how to push the buttons on them. Generally, people answer intercoms. So far today, I've had a courier and 6 clients visiting. None of whom had a problem pushing the button. Last week, our neighbour was away and Dpex, Aramex and Ram delivered to them. That was a case where nobody actually did answer the bell. But nothing a few seconds of calling over the wall, followed up by a phone call and the all clear to deliver to myself and staff couldn't solve. So I phoned Fedex customer service. Abysmal. Even eThekwini have better phone etiquette. First I had to listen for 30 seconds of call centre agents shouting at each other, before getting a "what?!?! errr... ja?... Hello?". Followed by nothing useful at all apart from "you weren't there, we can't do anything about YOU going out" and "it'll arrive when it arrives. Maybe today, maybe tomorrow, I don't know". I thought Fedex were a reputable company. Most certainly won't be using them, loot or anyone that try use fedex again.
