<p>I just want to report that after a few e-mails this issue was resolved to my satisfaction and joy. There was one issue which Fedex SA helped me with complicated the matter and which was the fact that I payed Fedex USA. Thanks to Fedex SA for their prompt response and profesional way in which they resolves this matter.</p>
