Great Customer Service

I had an issue with one of my packages arriving and was fortunate to deal with Melany Michelle Lombard from Fedex Express. Within two minutes she was able to solve my query and said would try and contact the driver to deliver the same day but most probably would only be delivered the next day. I was absolutely amazed that 20 minutes later the courier arrived.
