Great customer care

I had a collection from spree and I had placed two different parcels in 1 pack the delivery man advised me against that process he went to his car to fetch another bag for me and ensured that I know what procedure to follow to avoid being inconvenienced when my order gets to the warehouse. The gentle man really went out of his way and need I mention that he was standing in the rain doing all that he has always been professional and respectful when he delivers stuff it's really great to have such good service hope he gets a promotion soon. Great work ethic! Need I mention though that I have received nothing but excellent service from all FedEx staff in the last 2 years I have been ordering from spree!
