Great attention and care to deliver my shipment

I am very impressed with the way our shipment was handled after being stuck in China due to the airline technical problems. I was contacted by Louis who then made it his mission to get our shipment delivered to us as soon as possible, Louis walked the extra mile to get the shipment unstuck and to get it to SA. He phoned me on a daily basis to let me know what is happening. <br> In SA one of the boxes of the shipment was mislaid by the airline. The rest of our shipment was rapidly delivered while TNT searched for the missing box. Louis left no stone unturned to find that box and deliver it to me. Now I have the full shipment in good order.<br> Louis assisted me in a very professional and competent manner. I feel like the money spent on the shipping of this shipment was worth it considering the effort that it took from TNT to move the obstacles out of the way and to deliver the service we needed. <br> I do not know of any courier company who will put in so much effort and care to assist a customer in need. I am very happy with TNT right now. This sort of service is hard to find. Keep up the good work TNT!!<br>
