Ghost company?

<p>I think this is a ghost company or I have been ****ed. A lady by the name of Esmarelda Vorster contacted me via phone on 15 Nov to say I needed to pay COD fees (parcel value was 1550 and fees (excl Fedex fee 1285) from Australie. She mailed me an invoice stating the amount and payment methods and said to me that this payment is very urgent. She said that if I choose Credit Card and pay urgently, I must return email proof of payment to the same email address, the parcel would be released and delivered the next day (which is today). I mailed her twice and the phone number switches off as soon as it rings once. It seems as if Im being ignored. NO PARCEL. If I read the comments posted by consumers on this site I get VERY scared!! Do they still provide a service or what? I will never use FedEx again and I would like to advise everybody who consider using FedEx to reconsider, you will save yourself a lot of trouble.</p>
