FRUSTRATING TO DEAL WITH FEDEX

Ive bought goods from China but now to get it from fedex is an absolute disaster....they are sending me sms's stating I must supply them with more info, giving me an email address *** to send documentation that they dont have, which does not make sense anyway but they are not replying to my emails to confirm receipt. 1st it was a for a tariff code, now its for a commercial inv wt....i cannot get through on the phone no...they can learn from UPS & threathening to send the item back whilst they seem to be the *********** party.
