Frustrating experience with FEDEX

Generally poor. Had 1 or 2 good experiences but about 5 very bad ones, particularly my last. Mostly the cheapest international express shipping company with long waiting times and poor service from the SA branch. Called me for details to email my invoice but 1 week later I have to follow up begging for invoice by sending many emails to carious staff members. Then they claim they dont remember calling me for this info. After paying the invoice they inform me that customs has seized the package for inspection and will revert back to me. After weeks my package has still not been delivered and the delivery information states it has been releaSed by customs. Now the supplier refuses to refund me because he thinks I am lying. Fedex has not responded after I asked them to update the package status seeing as it has been seized by customs. Poor service, DHL and UPS waaaayyy better and faster and more effective than FEDEX
