Frustrated and and annoyed.

The most useless, *********** courier services I've ever come to have an experience with. Not only does this company not communicate with you, but you are left to sort yourself out. Things are delayed they not saying. Payment needs to be made they don't say. They deliver to the incorrect address, no communication whatsoever. I don't have the time to be checking my packages status all day. My package arrived in SA on the 8th it's the 19th and guess what? You sent it to the wrong address why? And was I suppose to guess that it was sent to the wrong address? Not only does this company not care about its clients, it definitely don't give a rat's tush that our businesses might be on hold due to lack of things that aren't delivered. Niyisa njani ipasela lami to the wrong address, when nithe it will be delivered today ngo6pm??? I'm very much irritated at this point. I've been very patient kodwa no more. Everyday I've been calling this company, everyday!
