Bought a few handbags online for the first time and my supplier in China recommended TNT, little did i know it's the worst courier and have the worst customer service. Been waiting for almost 3 weeks for my package after customs clearance I get an invoice of R1502 and on the end of that invoice in a very small font it's written "THIS IS NOT A TAX INVOICE, TAX INVOICE WILL FOLLOW.". I was thinking of paying the R1502 but I won't it's pure ***** what you doing.

Please investigate, I have been enquiring and only after I enquired the R1502 invoice they sent me an email asking me for documents for customs Clarence and stating if i don't send them in 7 working days I'll be fined R1500. Keep in mind I tracked my package it said it was cleared through customs on the 31/05/2019 but only got the email asking for documents on the 06/06/2019.
Please investigate, I have been enquiring and only after I enquired the R1502 invoice they sent me an email asking me for documents for customs Clarence and stating if i don't send them in 7 working days I'll be fined R1500. Keep in mind I tracked my package it said it was cleared through customs on the 31/05/2019 but only got the email asking for documents on the 06/06/2019.
