Fine Imposed for a Replacement Part Imported from China
Ordered a printer from China in July, it came around August to FedEx Boksburg, I paid the Due Tax and the goods were delivered to my house. Few week in the Heating Pad for the Equipment break / no longer works and I log a complaint with Aliexpress and the Supplier. We reach an agreement, they agree to send a replacement part at no cost (A part worth $10). Now a representative from FedEx Chynthia Malope in Clearance, blocks my shipment and says I need to pay a R2500 fine, can you enlighten me what the reason for the fine is for since this is a replacement part that I did not pay for? Then do not answer their phone, emails get responded to after days, and not they are telling me the fine will be R5000 as per rules and regulations. Can you review this process as I do not think it makes business sense. Its unfortunate that sometimes we cannot pick who will ship the item. Please urgently look into this.

Emails have been exchanged between Cynthia Malope, Vhutshilo Machaka and Ester Sibanyoni from August till now, they are requesting proof, I keep on sending. I am really battling with this now.
