Finally!
After 8months of trying to get my parcel from your Company, I finally received it in one piece, this is all because Prudence Herling in CS, who went beyond her duty to help me get my parcel. She kept me updated on regular basis. She assured me that I would get my parcel, when I lost all hope in ever getting it. I am grateful for her passion in doing her job. She went as far as following up, after the parcel was delivered at my door step. I appreciate her help SHE'S A STAR😊😊😊
