On inquiring on the late deliver of my package, I was told it had been returned to sender. This was apparently due to the non-payment of duties and taxes. Fedex did not send a single email to me or attempt to contact me via my contact number which was listed on their site to inform me of this situation. Furthermore, I had been checking the status on their website and at no point did not mention duties or taxes. My request to have my package returned has received no reply.
