The driver who was supposed to collect my superbalist return called and said that he wants to arrange return pickup for another address. When I told him that I can give him another address he said his out of the area already. He never even came to my address said its high risk and FedEx does not do high risk areas . What a lie because this parcel was delivered and collected by FedEx previously. I took off a day from work for this ****, what am I supposed to do now?
