Fedex/TNT terrible service AGAIN
Yet again Fedex/TNT fail. Important documents booked for collection at 12 noon today. Express Priorty service selected. Collection scheduled between 1pm and 4pm. It is now 5.17pm and no one has collected. Impossible to contact anyone as the number on the website "does not exist" Unbelievable - I guess I should learn and find another courier service

04 May 2022, 09:55It is now 9.50 and no one has contacted me. The parcel has not been collected and Customer Services tells me that the shipment is "not tracking".

06 May 2022, 12:40Eventually collected 24 hours late. Delivery promised by 6th May. according to tracking today on 6th it is still in transit and not Out for Delivery. Your service is shocking. no one answers at Customer Service. O I forgot this Friday - no one works on a Friday. I will not use you ever again
