FEDEX WORST SERVICE EVER. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY
My shipment has been stuck at FEDEX SA customs for days. It arrived on the 12th and I paid customs a day later and there's still no update of when I can receive my merchandise. My customers are complaining and I can't get through to anyone at FEDEX to ask what the hold up is. I paid and sent proof of payment and still nothing, no delivery no update! Worst service ever! I'm disgusted!
