Fedex - Worst Logistics Company in South Africa?

I paid an premium to have goods manufactured in 5 working days in Europe only to have the goods arrive in South Africa and lie unattended in the Fedex warehouse for a period of 12 days. After I discovered this I paid my import duties and VAT and was promised that the goods would arrive via a next day shipment. Well the next day came and went still no shipment. Escalation to management also had absolutely no effect. I would challenge any person to find a more apathetic attitude towards their customers than what is being displayed by Fedex. The fact that Fedex does not care about cutomer service does not relieve vendors like myself from our obligations - if anything you do is of an urgent or important nature you simply cannot rely on Fedex!
