Fedex worst courier in South Africa !!!

I paid an invoice to Fedex more than 15 days ago, they were suppose to pay the money to Customs. My parcel has been with customs for the last month. Fedex is the worst courier worldwide !!!!!!!!! Management was going to call me more than 2 weeks ago, I am still waiting. People PLEASE do not use Fedex anymore, rather use DHL. If your suppliers want to send something with TNT or Fedex, tell them NO, I want you to send my parcel with DHL rather.
