FEDEX WORST COURIER......!!!!!

Early this week i wrote a review about FedEx service they emailed me promising to handle the matter..... believe it or not am still waiting for the delivery from FedEx it's just unbelievable since June, now it's over a week I paid customs because their excuse was customs duty delay of admin work.How can it take over a week for customs to release goods clearly someone is not doing their job.I will never use their services it's very stressful and frustrating unprofessional.Fedex customer clearing agents never take calls when you call the numbers on the emails they send they never pick up. .....still waiting
