Fedex worse than snail mail
I have been waiting for a package from the USA since the end of August. The package was supposed to have been delivered on 27 August. To date I have not yet received the package and (expensive) phone calls to Fedex have not yielded any results. I get empty promises and no follow up. For three weeks now nothing has been done.

04 Oct 2020, 20:12Fedex has still not reverted to me. As I said, they promise to come back to me but never do. I have even written to the CEO of Fedex in the USA without any response.
