Fedex, worse tha SA Postoffice?
1. Teach your pickup staff manners please. The guy who came to collect my parcel behaved like he was doing me a favour. Did he work for the Post Office at any point in time before working for Fedex? 2. How can tracking for domestic parcels not actually work in RSA? This is your core business? 3. What is the point of booking a shipment via the call centre and providing ALL the information and then having to manually fill in a form when the courier came to collect. Then I still had to deal with the *** attitude because I was taking too long to fill in the form?
