FedEx won't return my import duty money.
I bought some parts for my s****** from sip s******shop. FedEx sent my parcel back. I wrote a review but never got my parcel. NOW, I payed import duties of over R1200 and I keep emailing them to return the money. I used eddies s******shop as a rev no. It's been a solid 4 months and once again I think FedEx is a ****. Please, if you out there... Do not use FedEx to ship. They were the cheaper option. There is a reason for that. I am sick of dealing with them. I just want my money back please.

17 May 2022, 12:39Dont worry about phoning. go back on your books rev no eddiess******shop. see my package was sent back but the import duty fee was not returned, approx R1200. just do a reversal. notify me when paid.
