FedEx very poor service
Now that i am battling to get my parcels cleared and delivered by FedEx i turn to hellopeter and also think i made a big mistake using FedEx, for the first time.Endless phone calls speaking to *********** staff that don"t have any answers to when i can expect delivery. BUT FedEx is paid for their services upfront...................... I used DHL a few times and never had any problems. Think again before using FedEx as your international courier service partner.

Thank you for sorting out the issue i had wit the parcel after i posted on hellopeter things were sorted out in no time and i received my parcel.
The issue why it wasn't cleared in the first place was that FedEx didn't had the invoice,but the invoice was in a transparent envelope glued to the package.(very clear to see)
Even tho after i mailed the invoice again and again FedEx staff had no estimate to when i can expect del.
Thank you for your prompt response Tamryn its clear that FedEx staff higher up is doing there job properly but much attention is needed on the staff at ground 0.
