FEDEX very poor customer service
I am hoping this post will help with my problem with very poor service from FEDEX customer service in cape town. I have had no luck for a year now and i am writing this out of desperation. I am a corporate client of FEDEX and have used their service for years. My company's name is Libra Vision Studios. I cannot sort out a Customs/Reserve bank issue that involves FEDEX supplying me the correct paperwork required.
I am hoping that a senior employee sees this and contacts me. My only hope after this is to contact customs and explain the situation.
