FedEx Unprofessional

My parcel was scheduled to arrive on the 20th of November before 6pm. I have paid duties at the South African side via online payment through the link FedEx sent me. Nothing is being done to solve the matter. Why does this company schedule delivery for a certain date and then not do as promised? And why have I paid for duties if the parcel wasn’t yet ready to be dispatched and delivered to me? Furthermore, I received an email on the 20th saying that the parcel would be delivered on that day. Nobody showed up until today. FedEx is unprofessional!
