Fedex: Unprofessional and poor service!
Fedex South Africa is definitely the worst courier company in Africa never mind the rest of the world! I had a parcel collected from Taiwan late last week and delivery was scheduled for Tuesday 29/10. Over the weekend the delivery was updated to Monday 28/10. However the parcel has been lying in Feltham (GB) for 2 days with ZERO movement! I made sure I was on hand for yesterday's delivery, however nothing. I called Fedex and was told it would leave last night. This morning however STILL no movement. I again called and spoke to Mpho who said they were HOPING for a flight number today.... Is this how Fedex works in today's technologically advanced age where service in the courier industry is supposed to be a shining example for the rest of the world? Pathetic! Fedex your service has disappeared back into the dark ages of previous centuries!

HOWEVER, I in the process of resolving my issue received about 6 phone calls from Leigh Taylor who discussed the situation with me as well as the plan of action and kept me updated at every stage.
I am very happy to say that I received my parcel this afternoon, and all was in order.
I wish to thank Leigh Taylor particularly for going way beyond the extra mile, she was faultless and reassuring throughout and is a huge credit to Fedex!
