Fedex..... The worst possible service
Possibly the worst courier bar none in the world today... In South Africa specifically they do not answer there phones, avoid contact and direct answers.... And lei insesintatly about shipments, purely because they do not know. Even if you try you can't get worse service.

10 Sept 2024, 11:02I have been dealing with the issue directly with FEDEX , by the time I publish a negative report, keep in mind I have tried all avenues to resolve the issue, your mail therefore is actually an insult, I have just been met with invalid excuses, absolute demonstration of incompetence with absolutely no consequence for the individuals involved. Your mail on this site by this time is just a necessity on your part to demonstrate a follow up, keep in mind that I have literally more that 30 mails trying to resolve the issue, the fact that FEDEX has done my business great harm is of no interest to FEDEX . If by my mails you have not worked out who I am and what the issue is then you obviously have hundreds of similar situations.... I actually now believe that its Fedex's express intention to not resolve the problem and do even more damage to my business and the reputation of FEDEX, in other words sabotage from within Fedex. You say in your response that you want to thoroughly investigate the matter .... that is a blatant lie of the highest degree, this is now more than two weeks old, and it is obvious by now that FEDEX cant investigate and does not have the competence within the organisation to investigate and the unwillingness to resolve the issue.
