FedEx the worst logistics company in the business!!!!
FedEX has the worst customer service I had a problem where FedEx will bill R10,000 for a parcel that is 5.92kg and dimensions is 60x31x23. This is only one that I'm mentioning there is a few others. Just for them to contact me I had to do a review tried getting hold of our sales rep to help me correct this problem.
