Fedex THE WORST company to deal with.
You cannot get hold of this company, it is the most frustrating task. Phone numbers advertised (only 2!!!!!), are off. The automated chat goes unanswered and they threaten to return the parcel if you dont contact them.
I will NEVER use this company ever.
