FEDEX THE WORST!
THE WORST EXPERIENCE!!! Impossible to get hold of anybody to give an answer as to where our parcel is. Is FEDEX still operational?? Do NOT use FEDEX for any courier services as you will be wasting time!!! After all these years of excellent service...what a pity....

27 Oct 2020, 10:30Thank you Melanie, but please understand that this is the second time I have had to resort to HelloPeter to resolve the same, ongoing, issue. There is only one person in your establishment that seems to be working, and she is not even responsible for the actual logistics!!! I would like to compliment Ina Geldenhuys on her willingness to assist us. Whatever FEDEX does, NEVER lose this lady - she appears to be the only person keeping FEDEX alive!!!

Thank you Melanie, but please understand that this is the second time I have had to resort to HelloPeter to resolve the same, ongoing, issue. There is only one person in your establishment that seems to be working, and she is not even responsible for the actual logistics!!!
