Fedex takes more than 10 days to clear a simple parcel

Unfortanutly my supplier chose to use fedex as a courier company. My assignment now stuck with the for 10days at Fedex Johannesburg South Africa. The person working with the consignment is Emmision Motlhlale. Very uncapable. I phoned fedex every day for clearance but thy are struggling. I will now ask for a handover of my parcel to Robeck International. People please let them handle youre imports. They take one day and it is sorted. Fedex is not the answer for South Africa.
