FEDEX Support is Bad!!!

I placed an order on shein on the 20th, paid R3100…on the 28th Fedex sent me an invoice for customs and I paid R1070 immediately because I wanted to get my orderASAP for a YEAR End function, little did I know that I will wait for another 10 days…I called their call centre and they told me stories, a girl named Ruth (rudest) told me to be patient she is in a conference someone in Kenya must must call me. I asked for his team leader to contact, he also took his time…today I got another invoice from them saying I must pay penalties triple the amount I paid…I declared everything and paid them in time, they even double checked if ky stuff is for personal use or business, it’s one item each and my exact sizes…even now I haven’t got my order and they telling me stories!
