FedEx SUCKS
My delivery was scheduled for today, and tracking information indicates that my package reached Durban and was out for delivery. However, I was informed that my package would return to Johannesburg because it did not pass through customs. Since it didn't even go through customs, how in the world did you charge me for customs fees, and double than what I usually pay, and how did the package get to Durban without going through customs? Who will be held accountable for this delay given that it needs to go back and then come back? FedEx always has some sort of issue. Unless they wish to increase their financial gain. Because it is illogical in every way. I want anaswes now, and I expect my delivery today.

27 Sept 2022, 15:01It appears like robots are working there because there has been no response to any of my emails, nor have you managed to contact somebody to resolve this. My package is well past late. What steps have you already taken. Despite the fact that we pay you for this service, you somehow act as though you are providing us a favour.

If my package is returning to Durban today, please let me know. Delivery to me should be tomorrow. When I called your call center they did inform me that it was out of customs this morning. But I see no updates of it departing JHB hub. But then again none of them can give correct information, I really don't care all I know is that I need my shipment, It should depart from JHB tonight. I need my package as in yesterday. Such a shame, you take custom fees without the package even passing customs, charging us your own fees, now I will take this up. 🚮
