Fedex Sucks

Use this courier company at your own risk ! I bought a gift for my sister from India and they used FedEx to ship the package. After paying customs and duties three weeks ago as requested , i noticed there was no delivery scheduled. I keep phoning and each time someone says they will get back to me regarding where my package is. There are emails sent but no action. Imagine being entrusted with other peoples property and being so complacent . They don't care about delivering your package safely and there is no accountability . If I don't get an answer or refund soon , i will be taking this to the NCC. Fedex ,just say you lost my package and take the next steps to refund me . Or locate it and deliver it asap. I am quite shaken by the service. But Im not going to get tired of following up and just give up . Be careful everyone , when using them as your courier service. Terrible service !!
