Fedex sucks

Hi, i was having a parcel shipped from Europe. Thank goodness i could track it. The tracker showed me that it had been through customs and was on the vehicle for delivery. Anyway,that never happened that friday and i never received my parcel.The reason stated on the tracker was"Customer not available or business closed" So now teusday already and i see the same thing on the Fedex tracker, "On FedEx vehicle for delivery" By the afternoon i still had not received my parcel,so i phoned Fedex South Africa and spoke to one of the consultants who immediately started making up excuses until i told her that the tracking system was giving me different information to what she was using as an excuse. anyway,this morning Wednesday 4th May, i check the tracker again and what do i see,"No scheduled delivery date at this time" so i phone the Fedex office again and the consultant said that the driver said there was no one home,which is an absolute lie as i was here the whole day yesterday waiting for the delivery. Now it appears the drivers have all left the repo and doesn't look like i will have my parcel today either. Fedex,what is your problem? we pay a huge fee to get our goods at an ealier date, it would be fantastic if something that was advertised actually took place.....thank you for nothing ...useless!!!!!
