FeDex South Africa, THE ABSOLUTE WORST ! ! !

Absolutely pathetic, It is now 4 days after my supposed delivery date (15 days total) and I am still waiting, with little to none customer service from the staff!

Firstly the tracking system is non existent, there is no contact information for FedEx that actually works!

I have contacted them through email several times and they give me short, unsympathetic and unhelpful responses about why my parcel has not arrived yet!

They know the circumstances surrounding my package (Me losing my job offer) and yet they have done nothing to really try and help me!

I have been brought to tears about this mess in fear of losing everything I have worked for, because they cannot deliver my package from FedEx Johannesburg to Polokwane! PATHETIC!!!

I have tried to make other arrangement so that I can collect my parcel myself but also no help there!

So in conclusion, please save yourself the stress and trouble and don’t use this company!!!!!
