Fedex South Africa = poorest service delivery

WB# ***: Received mail from Fedex on 7 Dec requesting supporting docs for an incoming shipment. Sent it immediately. Customs released parcel on 8 Dec to Fedex for delivery to us. They needed to send invoice to us for Vat & duties. We waited… We demand ed update on 14 Dec. Received our invoice same date and paid without delay. Confirmed delivery address AGAIN as workshop is closed until early Jan. They HAD the correct address, but NO, their delivery guy decided to deliver to the workshop. To the neighboring company, to the first person they could find. No work ethic, no sense of responsibility at all. And this is not the first time. They ignore delivery addresses on the parcels and improvise!!! I will NEVER recommend Fedex. Please note:Using them was the sender’s choice, not ours
