Fedex South Africa not be recommended.

I would not recommend Fedex. Very unprofessional, no support, no call center (virtual call center useless), no response via email. My package gone back to storage after paying duties and taxes. It's been a month since I paid duties and taxes and still no progress. It's very frustrating that you cannot communicate with anyone? DHL and UPS is way more efficient and they have people you can talk to over a phone, not some virtual call center. What a joke! Can't believe I give them a 1 rating. Should be 0
